In case you've lost or forgotten your pin or access code for your XR Awards application, don't worry! The process to recover your lost information is relatively straightforward and designed to keep your account secure. Here's a step-by-step guide to getting you back on track:
Recover the account directly
Step 1: Click Forgot Password
To to the login page: https://internal.aixr.org/login/. You will receive a password reset link to your email. Please check your spam.
In case you are unable to recover the password directly
Step 1: Contact the Support Team
To initiate the process, you need to send an email to the support team at [email protected]. Make sure to provide a clear subject line to help expedite your request, such as "Lost Pin/Access Code Recovery".
Please include the details outlined in the next steps.
Step 2: Verification of Identity and Information
For security and privacy purposes, we need to verify your identity and account information. In your email, you must include the following information:
Your application email address
The name of the company on the account
The phone number associated with the account
If you have the Registration ID (s a 6-digit ID, such as #123456) or Application ID (7-digit ID, such as S123456), please include these as this will make the process quicker.
Step 3: Send the Request
After verifying that you have included all necessary information, send your request to the support team.
Please Note: We will only be able to send the pin to the email address we have on the application for the account, for security reasons.
If your request involves changing the main contact on your application or your account, please follow this guide: Changing Your Main Point of Contact. Note that changing the main contact may subject you to additional security checks.
