Application ID: This is a 7-digit ID such as S123456, which was provided to you when you submitted your application.
Original Nominee and/or Company Name:
Please provide the name of the original nominee as well as the company name associated with the application. This information will help us identify the correct nomination.
New Email Address and/or Contact Details:
Specify the new email address and/or contact details that you want to associate with the nomination portal access. This will be the updated information for the main point of contact.
Reason for Changing the Details:
Briefly explain the reason why you need to change the details. This will help us understand your request better and ensure that we address your needs effectively.
Please note: depending on the situation, we may need to verify the request by emailing the original email associated with the account. This is done to confirm access and ensure the security of your information. In such cases, we may allow up to 5 working days for a response. However, in some cases, we may be able to change the details immediately.
