1. Initial Verification Code
Upon account setup, you'll receive a code for verification. Don't stress about this - you can ignore this code. This code is only a green signal that your account is all set for activation.
2. Reset Password:
Navigate to https://app.aixr.org/auth/forgot-password.
Input the email used during the account setup.
A new verification code will be sent to your email. Ensure you use this new code for the next step.
Use the code to proceed with resetting your password.
Once done, you can log in using your new password.
3. Update Your Profile Details
To modify your profile data, please follow the steps below:
Click on the cogwheel icon at the top right of the page and select "Profile."
Click on "Edit Profile."
4. Premium Account Activation:
Have you been granted a premium account?
Great! Simply click the cogwheel at the top right, then click the 'Subscription' button. Your account will be upgraded to Pro automatically—no additional steps required!
Please note: At present, unless specifically agreed upon, you won't have the privilege to invite other team members to join the company account while the platform is in beta.
