If you need to change your email address for any reason, such as switching to a new email provider, you can do so easily on the AIXR platform.
How to Change Your Email Address on AIXR
Log in to your AIXR account on app.aixr.org using your current email address and password.
Click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner of the page.
Select "Edit Profile" on the top of your profile page
In the "Account Information" section write your new email address.
Click "Save Changes" to update your email address.
Common Problems When Changing Email Addresses on AIXR
Here are some common problems that users may face when changing their email address on AIXR:
The new email address is already associated with another AIXR account: If this happens, you will need to choose a different email address that is not already associated with an AIXR account.
The confirmation email doesn't arrive: If you do not receive a confirmation email to your new email address, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you still cannot find the confirmation email, try adding "[email protected]" to your email contacts or whitelist to ensure that future emails from AIXR are not blocked.
