Important: AIXR is currently invitation only. Unless you have been sent a direct invitation to login to AIXR's new platform you will not be able to access it until we announce our bta expansion to all AIXR members and the general public.
Logging in to AIXR
To log in to AIXR, follow these steps:
Go to the AIXR application, app.aixr.org
Click the "Log In" button in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Enter your email address and password, then click "Log In."
If you have trouble logging in, make sure you are using the correct email and password. If you still can't log in, try resetting your password by following the steps below.
Logging out of AIXR
To log out of AIXR, follow these steps:
Click on the profile icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Click on "Log Out" from the drop-down menu.
Resetting your password
If you can't remember your password, you can reset it by following these steps:
Ensure you are logged out of your AIXR account.
Go to the AIXR login page and click on the "Forgot Password?" link. (You must be logged out to view this page.
Enter the email address associated with your AIXR account and click "Send One Time Code"
Check your email for a password reset code.
Enter the code on the AIXR platform to reset your password.
If you don't receive the password reset email, make sure to check your spam folder. If you still don't receive the email, contact AIXR customer support for further assistance.
Common Problems When Logging In
If you experience problems when trying to log in to your AIXR account, there are several common issues that may be causing the problem. Here are a few things to check:
Incorrect login details: Double-check that you have entered the correct email address and password for your AIXR account.
Clear your browser cache and cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve login issues caused by a corrupted or outdated cache. You can usually do this by accessing your browser settings or preferences and selecting the option to clear cache and cookies.
Try a different browser: If you are still having issues after clearing your cache and cookies, try accessing your AIXR account using a different web browser.
If you attempt to log in with the wrong password too many times, your account may be locked. Contact AIXR support to unlock your account.
Contact AIXR support: If you have tried all the above steps and still cannot log in to your AIXR account, contact AIXR support for further assistance.
