In order to maintain your Founders Membership and its associated benefits, ensure that your membership does not lapse. Please update your payment information promptly to avoid any break in your membership.

This means If your payment fails, you downgrade or upgrade your subscription, change billing cycle from yearly to monthly or make any other material changes to your subscription you will lose your Founders Membership status and be subject to current subscription rates.
