It's easier than ever to contact us about your AIXR Account.

Access support from your logged in account.

To contact AIXR support specifically about your account, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your AIXR account on using your email address and password.

  2. Click the help icon on the top right hand corner of the platform

  3. Click "Contact Support."

  4. Enter a detailed message explaining your issue or question.

  5. Click "Submit" to send your message to AIXR support.

After submitting your message, you will receive a confirmation from AIXR support, if your request is extensive and needs escalated support you will be emailed with a ticket number.

An AIXR support representative will follow up with you as soon as possible to help resolve your issue or answer your question.
