Looking for a new job is a challenging experience, but AIXR provides its members with various tools to ease the process. Here are some tips to navigate the AIXR job board effectively:

Step 1. Create and connect your AIXR account

Create an AIXR account: In order to browse and apply for jobs on the AIXR platform, you will need to create an AIXR account. This will allow you to access the job board and other career-related resources.

AIXR has a dedicated job board channel on Discord, which is where many employers post job listings. To access this channel, you will need to connect your AIXR account to Discord.

Step 2. Be setup to browse jobs

Employers may view your AIXR profile when considering your job application, so it's important to keep it up-to-date. Make sure to include your skills, work experience, and other relevant information.

To narrow down your search and find jobs that are a good fit for your skills and experience, you can use the various filters available on the AIXR job board.

Here are some of the filters available:

  • Remote: Jobs that are offered to be worked from a location outside the office or work facility. They could be worked from home, a co-working space, or any other place with internet connectivity.

  • Full-time: Jobs that usually require 38 hours or more of work every week.

  • Part-time: Jobs that usually require less than 38 hours of work every week.

  • Contract: Fixed duration contracts that are typically are project-based.

  • Freelance: Flexible working hours typically based on project-by-project engagements.

  • Operations: Day-to-day management of the business to ensure that it runs efficiently and effectively. This can include overseeing finances, logistics, supply chain management, production, facilities, and more

  • Product: Leading the development and management of products, including overseeing the product roadmap, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches

  • Support: Providing assistance to customers and clients of a company, such as resolving technical issues, answering inquiries and providing solutions to problems

  • Writing: Content creation, writing, editing, proofreading and narrative based work.

  • Non-Tech: Jobs that do not require technical expertise or knowledge.

  • Web3: Related to decentralized blockchain technology and the web3 ecosystem.

  • Immersive Tech: Related to augmented reality, virtual reality, and mixed reality technologies.

  • Realtime 3D: Creating 3D content and animation for games, simulations, and other real-time applications.
