Everything you need to know to get started with AIXR for teams

This is a quick start guide to help you get your AIXR teams account going. It also includes templates and downloadable resources to help communicate the platforms function and features with the rest of your team.

๐ŸŒฟ Step 1: Configuring your new teams account

Getting your team's account setup is easy and seamless. Follow the steps below to get going as quickly as possible.

Our team is on hand to get you acquainted and familiar with the AIXR platform. Request a free 30 minute demo to get an understanding of the powerful features available to you and your team.

Subscribe to a teams membership.

If you do not currently have an account with AIXR you should follow each step. If you already have a free account you can simply skip to step 2 (you will have an opportunity to setup your company at a later stage).

  1. Create an AIXR account and select that you are setting up a team during the onboarding process.

  2. From your AIXR dashboard, click "Upgrade to premium" button from the left hand side menu and select the "Teams" option.

  3. Choose the number of Pro seats you would like to purchase for your team. Pro seats are licensed seats that provide unlimited access to the entire platform.

  4. Decide on the number of seats based on your team's size and requirements. You can always increase or decrease the number of seats later.

  5. Subscribe using your credit card. Invoices will be available in the billing center of your AIXR dashboard.

  6. Once subscribed, you will be able to invite team members directly to your team or encourage them to sign up using their company domain email if you have this setting enabled.

  7. Assign seats and roles to team members, and consider having more than one administrator to enable others to manage the company profile.

Important notice: If you are an existing AIXR Founding member being migrated to your new teams account, your subscription will be setup automatically. You will receive an invitation link directly from AIXR.

Setup your company profile

Configuring your company profile makes sure that your team is aligned with your use of the platform and makes it easier for others to find you on AIXR.

  1. From your logged in AIXR account, click on settings cog at the top right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on the "Manage Company" button from the dropdown.

  3. Click the "Edit Organization Profile" button to add or modify your company details.

  4. Add your company name, services, case studies, metaverse interests, website, social media profiles, and logo. Make sure your company profile is complete and up-to-date, as it will help potential partners and clients find you more easily.

  5. Save your changes.


โœ‰๏ธ Step 2: Preparing your team before onboarding

Here are some tips and resources to help you guide your team on how to make the best use of courses, mentorship, and learning resources within the first few days.

Communicate the platform resources with your team

It's essential to communicate the platform resources available to them. Start by sending a company-wide email or memo outlining the platform resources and how it can benefit them.

To get started please either accept the invitation link sent in a seperate email or sign up to the platform using your company email address

Onboarding & Meetings

Many of our members find large success in setting up an onboarding meeting where you introduce the platform to the team.

Schedule a meeting to introduce the platform to your team, walk them through the features and functionality, and provide an overview of how they can use the platform to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Remember to keep the meeting concise and engaging, and to leave plenty of time for questions and feedback.

Meetings run more effectively when you have an agenda to follow. Try inserting this one into your meeting invite to have a structured onboarding session with your team.

Meeting: Introducing the team to the AIXR platform

Time: 45 minutes

  • Overview of AIXR: Provide a brief overview of what AIXR is, what the platform offers, and why the company has invested in it.

  • Platform features: Highlight some of the key features of the platform that will be most relevant to the team. For example, if the team is in sales, you could focus on the customer insights or market research courses available on the platform.

  • How to access the platform: Show the team how to access the platform, whether it's through a web portal or mobile app, and provide any login credentials they may need.

  • Time to explore: Give the team some time to explore the platform on their own, ask questions, and become familiar with the available resources.

  • Encouraging platform use: Discuss how the platform fits into the team's goals and how they can use it to upskill and achieve better outcomes. Encourage questions and feedback to help support engagement and buy-in from the team


After the meeting ensure you provide the team with scheduled time to explore the platform on their own. Provide a dedicated time in their schedules to do so. This will allow them to browse the available resources and courses and identify which ones are most relevant to their specific needs.
