What's Public and What's Not

The only material from your application that is made public is your attached promotional materials. These materials are used in various ways, such as for promotional purposes and to enhance the public understanding of your application​.

All other information you submit is considered private and confidential, unless you provide explicit written permission for us to share it as a part of a marketing case study.

Judges and Confidentiality

Before accessing the judging portal to review your application materials, each of our judges is required to agree to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). This is a binding legal agreement that ensures the privacy and confidentiality of your application data.

Your Control Over Data

You maintain control over the data you choose to include in your application. It's your prerogative to decide how much, or how little, information you wish to share. Remember, however, that more detailed data often allows for a more comprehensive evaluation of your application.

Use of Company Revenue Data

Data relating to your company's revenue is used solely for the purpose of determining nomination eligibility. It helps us ascertain whether your nomination fits the category of 'Rising Company' or 'Innovative Company', based on whether your revenue is above or under a certain threshold.

💡 Important:

Revenue data is not shared with the judging panel or publically available.

Role of AIXR Staff

The AIXR staff does not play a role in judging the details of the finalists. Their responsibility lies in reviewing the data to ensure it meets the minimum requirements for entry into the finalist status. They ensure the data's integrity, but do not have influence over the winners are.
